collage project idea

my collage project is a homage to 9/11 and more specifically how it affected the nation.

i plan on having a skyline of nyc with the twin towers. i'm going to blend fire into the background. i'll also put some lit candles in there since lighting candles is sort of a tribute to pay our respects to those who were lost. i hope to include some pictures of people praying and people joining hands to symbolize what many americans did after the event. i'll probably play around a lot with opacity, color filters, and other things to add more depth and texture to my piece.
